AR Officer - NFP

The Company

The Role

Reporting to the AR Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Processing billing, claims, and reimbursements
• Handling collections and payment arrangements
• Maintaining the debtor's ledger and sending statements
• Answering resident queries via phone
• Data entry and general administrative support

Your Background

To be considered for this Accounts Receivable role,  you will fit the majority of these conditions:

• Previous AR experience, ideally from a high-volume environment
• Previous experience in the aged care industry will be highly regarded
• Intermediate Excel experience
• Strong communication skills to liaise with external and internal stakeholders
