Receivables & Reconciliations Focused Role

Company Background

This is an opportunity to join a leading entertainment business that is a market leader across Australia and New Zealand. The finance team is seeking someone with prior experience in a similar role to commit to this 12-month contract, with the flexibility of 2 days working from home each week.

The Role

As the Accounts Officer, you will focus on:

• Bank account reconciliations
• Allocation of incoming payments
• Journal posting
• Direct debit and refund processing
• Maintaining and updating client data
• Ad-hoc tasks to support the broader AR team.

Your Background

As the Accounts Officer, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Intermediate Excel (vlookups & pivot tables as a minimum)
• 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
• Strong communication skills
• Immediately available or on short notice
• Full Australian working rights
