Finance Operations Specialist

Our client is a well-established and recognised organisation that advocates and supports professionals in the public sector.

The Role

Supporting the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Weekly Payroll processing for 50+ staff
• Accounts Payable – purchase orders, project allocations, invoice processing
• Accounts Receivable – billings, allocations, reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Posting accruals & journals monthly

Your Background

To be considered for this Accounts Officer role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediately available with full-time working rights
• Working Holiday Visa (WHV - subclass 417) holders are welcome to apply, but PR/Citizens are preferred due to likelihood of permanency
• Strong experience with similar payroll processing
• Minimum 4 years’ experience at this level
• Exposure to system integrations will be beneficial
