Company Background

Our client is a small and established property management business that operates in the CBD. With modern offices and a tight-knit and collaborative office culture, this is a business that represents a great place to work. This business has been operating for more than 20 years and is now on the lookout for an experienced and stable Accounts Clerk to join their finance team.  

The Role

This is a full-time and permanent Accounts Clerk role where you will be involved in the following duties:

  • Accounts Payable – invoice processing and payment runs
  • Accounts reconciliations
  • Managing the Payroll function, including PAYG, Superannuation
  • Accounts Receivable and debt collections
  • Ad hoc office admin tasks

Your Background

In order to be considered for this Accounts Clerk role, you will meet the majority of the following criteria:

  • More than 4 years of working experience in a similar all-around accounts clerk role performing AP, AR and payroll
  • A stable career where you are hands-on and enjoy working at this level
  • Happy to work in a small and friendly team
  • Excellent communication skills to answer queries
