This Accounts Clerk position will take ownership of the day-to-day accounting practices.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Full-function accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Liaising with subcontractors
Raising and processing invoices
Providing payroll support
Opportunity to grow into more complex accounting tasks as the company expands
The ideal background for this position would include the following key experiences;
1-2+ years’ experience with both accounts payable and receivable
A proven track record of accurately processing a high volume of invoices
High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience with Xero is advantageous but not essential
Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a team
