The Role

This newly created Accounts Assistant/Graduate Accountant style position offers broad exposure across the finance function, with a key focus on accounts receivable (70%), along with additional responsibilities in AP and month-end support.

• Process accounts receivable transactions, including receipting, allocations, and billing support
• Perform daily cash management and bank reconciliations
• Assist with data entry and processing of accounts payable invoices
• Support the finance team with month-end activities, including the preparation of journals and reconciliations
• Contribute to tax lodgements and other compliance tasks
• Assist with payroll data entry and reporting

Your Background

To be considered for this Accounts Assistant position, you will have:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Unlimited working rights (PR or Citizenship is preferred)
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
