The Role

You will report to an experienced manager who knows the operations well and enjoys helping people develop. The role is hands-on and covers core accounting responsibilities with a strong focus on inventory and month-end tasks.

Your duties will include:

• Manage inventory accounting, including stock on hand and goods in transit
• Coordinate and support physical stock takes with the operations team
• Reconcile inventory movements and ensure accurate posting of transactions
• Maintain and monitor controls across the full inventory cycle
• Prepare journals, reconciliations and month-end reporting
• Maintain the fixed asset register and support audit requirements
• Assist with revenue and margin analysis and general reporting tasks
• Support the finance manager with ad hoc duties when required

Your Background

You will be an Accountant with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a hands-on environment. You will value a stable team, a supportive manager and a role that allows you to contribute across several areas. The ideal background includes:

• Accounting degree with CA or CPA qualification
• Experience in inventory accounting
• Pronto experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a small team and take ownership of your work
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
