These tools assist our consultants and do not replace human judgement. Richard Lloyd does not rely solely on automated processing when making recruitment or placement decisions.

Where practical, we seek to minimise the use of direct personal identifiers when using AI-assisted tools and only use such information where necessary for the operation of secure business systems or otherwise permitted by law.
