Our client is a trusted Not-for-Profit organisation who have been supporting people with disabilities across Sydney for over 30 years. They are going through a period of growth and change, and are currently seeking to strengthen their finance team, on a temporary basis to begin with, with a view to long term. They are located in the Sutherland Shire and offer flexible working arrangements.
Reporting to the CFO and leading the payroll function, you will be involved in the following duties:
Processing weekly and monthly pay
Reviewing and processing timesheets
Processing and updating leave balances
Liaising with the ATO and other 3rd parties
Quarterly super payments
Handling payroll queries
Overseeing 2 part-time Payroll Administrators
As the Payroll Officer, you will have the following skills and attributes:
Prior experience in an end-to-end payroll role
Exposure to salaried and contractor payroll
Experience with MYOB and/or Deputy is highly regarded
A natural multi-tasker with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
