Our client is an Australian Construction Services company operating nationally with a mix of salaried and contractual employees across all locations. They are seeking a detailed and experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.
In this Payroll Officer role your duties will include but not be limited to:
Processing end-to-end payroll for 250+ employees
Working with HR, Operations, Finance and Administration teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry
Monitoring and maintaining payroll master data
Processing leave, terminations, new starters
Overseeing timesheet process
PAYG, Tax, Superannuation and Workers Comp
Answering all payroll-related enquiries
To become a successful member of the team, you will have the following skills and attributes:
Prior experience in an end-to-end Payroll role
Experience using mid-large payroll systems (E.g. SAGE, Micropay, Chris21 etc.)
Strong attention to detail
