​Our industrial services client is an established national business with impressive growth track record. They have a number of offices across Australia and due to their growth, this has led to the relocation of the Payroll position in their Sydney office. On offer is:

The Role

As the Payroll officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a full function weekly payroll

  • Superannuation payments

  • Long service leave

  • Timesheet management through the time and attendance system

  • Processing of new starters, terminations and managing the employee data

  • Assisting with payroll month end and year end reports

  • Projects including process and system improvements

Your Background

To be considered for this role, our client requires the following:

  • Minimum 5 years full function payroll experience in either a standalone or small payroll team environment

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in using medium to large size payroll systems such as Micropay, Chris 21, ADP etc.

  • Intermediate excel skills

  • Prior experience dealing and interpreting EBA’s
