Our industrial services client is an established national business with impressive growth track record. They have a number of offices across Australia and due to their growth, this has led to the relocation of the Payroll position in their Sydney office. On offer is:

As the Payroll officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing a full function weekly payroll
Long service leave
Timesheet management through the time and attendance system
Processing of new starters, terminations and managing the employee data
Assisting with payroll month end and year end reports
Projects including process and system improvements
To be considered for this role, our client requires the following:
Minimum 5 years full function payroll experience in either a standalone or small payroll team environment
Strong communication skills
Experience in using medium to large size payroll systems such as Micropay, Chris 21, ADP etc.
Intermediate excel skills
Prior experience dealing and interpreting EBA’s
