Our client is a well-established construction and fit-out company based in the CBD. They are currently going through an exciting phase of change, and are looking for a talented Payroll Officer to run the BAU payroll on a temporary basis.
As a Payroll Officer your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Managing the end-to-end payroll process for 150+ employees
Handling all queries surrounding payments
Tax and ATO requirements
Reconciling monthly timesheets
Cost analysis reporting
To be considered for this Payroll Officer role, you will possess the following attributes:
Previous experience in a standalone Payroll Officer / Payroll Accountant role
Strong experience using ADP (Payforce, Payline, Cloud)
Diligent with a strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working within a ‘hands-on’ environment before
