As the Payroll and HR Officer, you will have the chance to join this high performing environment and operate in a hands-on role.

The Role

This Payroll and HR Officer role is based in the Sydney CBD. Your duties will have you involved in the following areas:

  • 80% Payroll and 20% HR duties

  • Outsourced ADP Payroll processing and preparation

  • Handling payroll enquiries

  • Assisting with general HR and admin duties

This is a dual function role that will have you working across the Payroll and HR function. Your time will be split across the above mentioned areas where you will play a valuable support role to the business.

Your Background

To be considered for this role you will meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in either an internal payroll or outsourced payroll position

  • Experience using ADP, Ascender or similar outsourced payroll provider software

  • Strong communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders

  • An open attitude towards learning and a hard work ethic
