Our client is an Australian owned distribution company who operate out of Sydney’s Inner West. They have encountered significant revenue growth over the last year and are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join and strengthen the team.
In this Bookkeeper role your duties will include but not be limited to:
Full function AP – processing invoices, expenses, supplier statements, dealing with vendors
Full function AR – aged debtors, collections, generating invoices
Reconciliations – bank, supplier statement and GL
Monitoring the P&L and assisting with maintenance of GL
To become a successful member of the team, you will have the following skills and attributes:
Experience using Xero
Previous experience in a hands-on bookkeeper role
Available for 3 days a week
Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables)
Strong written and oral communications skills
Attention to detail
