This role will be working with a multitude of high-level stakeholders, managing various projects across the whole finance function. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and approved and projects are scoped, resourced and have realistic timelines
Provide a standard governance framework for finance projects including regular updates with the CFO and the Senior Finance Leadership team
Managing various senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to project timelines and within budget
Coaching finance team members on project management skills
In order to be considered for this Financial Project Lead opportunity you must possess the following experience:
Prior experience in a finance transformation, finance systems implementation, or similar strategic project
Held senior financial management positions in international, large scale businesses
Have the capacity to independently lead initiatives aimed at improving strategic positioning and long term commercial performance
Strong presentation and project management soft skills
Hold a professional accounting qualification
