This Business Analyst role has been created to support the Commercial Manager. It works as part of the wider finance function but with divisional responsibility.
Duties will include:
Create & implement a monthly P&L review process, driving insights for the key business unit stakeholders
Responsible for data management and reporting of all assets and related costs
Support building and developing business cases that support operational managers to drive market competitiveness and build commercial acumen
Use a data driven approach to monitoring performance, tracking results and finding new commercial and operational opportunities
Partner with the commercial & FP&A team to prepare, manage and monitor divisional budgets
Update and maintain detailed financial forecasts for commercial and provide insight and commentary driving the results
Support Operations & FP&A in preparing business cases for review, including maintaining and improving complex excel models

P&L reporting and analysis experience
Strong CAPEX reporting & analysis
Stakeholder management clearly demonstrated on your resume. Partnering with business unit managers on their budgets and forecasting.
Excel modelling, the ability to build models. SQL experience is a bonus!
Experience with procurement/commercial contracts
Fantastic communication skills – both verbal and written
