This is a bookkeeper role where you will report into a Finance Manager and be responsible for the following duties:
Accounts Payable – handling enquires and payments, processing employee expenses
Assisting with month end reporting
Fixed asset register
Adhoc administration tasks, including revenue management, project support, and business reporting
To be considered for this Bookkeeper position, you will have:
5 to 10 years of previous experience in a Bookkeeper or Accounts all-rounder role.
Xero or MYOB software experience is highly regarded
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
You must have excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with all levels of the business and address queries from internal and external stakeholders in a friendly and approachable manner.
This Bookkeeper role is best suited for someone who enjoys a balance between accounting duties and administration duties.
