Our client is a well-oiled family operation. They have been in business for over 30 years and because of a period of solid organic growth they are looking to bring on an Accounts Payable officer on a temporary to permanent basis to assist with increasing workloads. The company offers a variety of property management services across Australia.
This broad Accounts Payable role supports an experienced finance team run by a supportive Finance Director. This is a temporary role with a view to permanency, looking for someone to start immediately. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing invoices and purchase orders
Assisting with weekly payment runs
Answering queries from suppliers
To be considered for this Accounts Payable role you will meet most of the below requirements:
12+ months experience in a similar AP role
Experience with mid-sized accounting systems i.e. Dynamics packages, NetSuite, or ideally Attache
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
