The Role

As a Part Time Accounts Officer, you will have a broad and interesting role. Your role will be temporary part time with the option of three full days or five shorter days per week. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Petty Cash
  • Ad hoc duties

Your Background

To be considered for this Part Time Accounts Officer role, you should have prior work experience as an Accounts Officer, Assistant Accountant, Accounts Clerk, Bookkeeper or a similar position within the legal or professional services industry. You should have the following skills and attributes to be considered for this Part Time Accounts Officer role:

  • Must be immediately available
  • Must have used Affinity
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within a legal or professional services industry
  • Great written and verbal communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
