The Accounts Assistant is focused on the AP function and is mainly responsible for:
Supplier Invoice entry and coding
Staff Expense claims
Accounts Receivable Function assistance
Month end Process
Complete month end closing tasks within strict time schedules.
If you are interested in applying, our client is looking for:
6-12 months of accounting related experience
Excellent communication skills
A degree in commerce as a minimum
Intermediate Excel including Vlookups & Pivot table ability
