6-Month Financial Accountant

The Role

This role reports to the Financial Controller and is a broad financial accounting role, including hands-on transactional components. Responsibilities include:-

• Financial reporting including balance sheet reconciliations, asset registers and depreciation, employees’ bonus and charge out rates calculations, shareholdings and valuations
• Assisting with annual audit preparations and the annual statutory accounts
• Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget in consultation with budget owners and monthly analysis of actuals vs budgets
• Maintain cashflow forecasts to ensure operational funding requirements are available
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects as directed by the Financial controller, i.e. supporting system implementation

Your Background

• Immediately available to start
• Excellent communication skills
• Deltek Vision experience is highly regarded
• Allround P&L and month-end experience
• Happy to be hands-on in finance, working in a manual environment  
• CA / CPA or part qualified
