The Role

This AP Officer role is varied and broad. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Processing a medium to high volume of invoices
• Setting up new vendors
• Perform statement reconciliations 
• Assisting with the manual processing of invoices 
• Weekly AP reporting

Your Background

To be considered for this AP Officer role, you should have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediately available to start 
• Have at least 2 to 3 years of full-function AP experience
• Previous experience working in a medium to large organisation 
• Being involved with process improvement initiatives 
• Excellent communication skills
