Company Background

Our client is a rapidly growing wholesaler and retailer, who have had an incredible growth story over the past 12-18 months. They are focusing on strengthening internal systems and processes over the next year, and are seeking an experienced Accountant / Finance Manager with a proven track record of end-to-end system implementations to join their finance team.

Flexible working arrangements are available, including working from home once onboarded and up to speed.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role will focus on:

• Leading the design and implementation of D365 Business Central
• Map and redesign finance and operational processes
• Manage the end-to-end implementation, including UAT, data cleansing, migration and go-live
• Review existing warehouse systems and processes
• Integrate warehouse and inventory workflows into D365
• Partner with external implementation consultants

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experiences:

• Immediate availability (short notice periods can be considered for the right candidate)
• Prior experience leading D365 implementations
• Extensive knowledge of inventory and warehousing
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems
• Experience with NetSuite and POS software is highly advantageous
