Our client is a well-known and successful consulting group with offices around Australia. This is a highly desirable business to work for and currently they are searching for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in the Sydney CBD Office.

The Role

As Senior Business Analyst your position will be broad and varied. You will have the chance to play a pivotal role and will fast become a highly valued member of the organisation.

Your position will be directly involved in facilitating business decisions. Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Delivery of monthly reporting for internal stakeholders
• Development of reporting tools and building dashboards
• Develop and maintain reports and visualisations that are presented in the most appropriate format to analyse strategic and operational initiatives
• Identify areas of improvement and design automated reports to increase productivity, efficiency, and accuracy
• Engage with key business stakeholders to understand and scope requirements
• Identify, consolidate, analyse, report, and provide insights into financial and operational performance across the business

This position will see you working in a highly visible, commercially flavoured, and business partnering role which will give great exposure across the company whilst allowing you to make a meaningful impact. 

Your Background

To be considered for this Senior Business Analyst role you will meet the majority of the following criteria:

• Be working in a similar analytical capacity with proven competence using a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
• Ability to extract and manipulate large volumes of data
• Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Impressive stakeholder management experience having established yourself as a trusted business partner previously
