The Role

Reporting to the Revenue Manager, this Senior Billings Officer role will focus on the following duties:

• Support the wider Billings and Finance teams when complex issues arise
• Reviewing billing transactions and be the effective 2IC to the Revenue Manager
• Processing of residential accounts for government funding through the AN-ACC
• Produce invoicing statements 
• Assess and resolve issues for any funding requests
• Funding reconciliations
• Allocating payments received
• Maintain and manage Month End Reporting duties
• Process Year-End Compliance reports

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet a majority of the following criteria:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in Residential Aged Care
• Strong communication skills to handle internal and external enquiries 
• A good attitude and willingness to learn 
• This role is best suited for someone who wants to work a stable AR role within the aged care or health care industry
