This Senior Accountant role will directly support the Financial Controller with a mix of tax and month-end/management reporting tasks.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
To be considered for this role, you will have strong tax & financial accounting skills from either commerce or a reputable (mid-tier) accounting firm. You are, of course, CA or CPA qualified.
Key skills the client would like to see are exposure to tax-effective accounting, preparation of workpapers, various ATO reports and strong month-end accounting experience. This can be from a commercial accounting role or within a reputable accounting firm.
Any exposure to international tax calculations is a bonus.
In person, you are ambitious, a great team player and someone inquisitive and able to find solutions to problems.
