The Role

A pivotal leadership role overseeing financial reporting, management accounting, and global investment support, guiding an offshore team and maintaining strong relationships with external advisors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare statutory financial statements and manage the annual audit process across multiple entities, including trusts.
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly management reports and consolidated group accounts.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, including interest calculations and cost allocations across entities.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, with ongoing performance analysis against the budget.
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register.
• Manage the group treasury function, including cash flow oversight and funding requirements.

Your Background

The ideal candidate will include the following attributes:

• Fully professionally qualified (CA, CPA, etc.)
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in a professional industry background.
• Highly developed communication skills and comfortable communicating with C-suite.
• A proactive attitude who will troubleshoot, investigate and solve issues independently.
