The Role

As the Payroll Manager, you will manage 2 payroll officers. Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for 800+ employees

• Provide coaching, mentoring and support to Payroll Officers

• Oversee termination payments, salary adjustments and employee deductions and more

• Ensure compliance with PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation, awards and employment legislation

• Partner with the Accounting team on payroll-related month-end activities, reconciliations and reporting

• Identify and implement payroll efficiencies and process improvements

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

• End to end payroll experience for over 500+ staff

• Staff management experience

• Experience working in a professional services environment (or similar)

• Full Australian working rights
