The Role

Your duties as the Payroll & Finance Officer will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Monthly payroll processing for 300+ staff
• Manage new starters, terminations and bonuses
• Manual calculations (termination payments & leave adjustments)
• Month-end payroll journals and GL entries
• Accounts payable support
• Weekly cashflow reports
• Assist with PAYG, Super, BAS lodgment and Payroll tax

Your Background

To be considered for this Payroll & Finance Officer role, you will have the following skills & attributes:

• End-to-end payroll experience for a similar size
• Experience performing month-end related tasks such as payroll journals
• AP experience will be highly regarded, but not essential
• Ability to work in a standalone payroll position 
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Australian Citizen or PR
