The Company

Our client is a successful Property company with bright and modern offices. They are currently searching for a Part-time Office and Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. On offer is a friendly and professional office culture and a manager who can help mentor and develop your skills. Our client is an established, stable and successful property organisation with exciting future plans.

The Role

As the Part-time Office and Accounts Administrator, this role will be a mixture of both accounts and administration duties, including:

  • Administrative management
  • Monitoring emails and answering phone calls
  • Finance and bookkeeping
  • Data entry
  • Mail and courier coordination
  • Office operations and upkeep

Your Background

To be considered for this Office and Accounts Admin role, you will meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 4 years working experience in a similar Office, Accounts and Administration role
  • An enthusiastic and can-do attitude coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desire to work part-time (30 hours per week) across 5 days
  • Used Xero or MYOB
