The Role

Supporting the Directors, this role will act as a key financial leader and trusted advisor, overseeing the financial performance of multiple development projects.

This is a hands-on position requiring both strategic oversight and operational involvement, managing the finance team & supporting decision-making at the senior level.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing consolidated cash flow forecasting across multiple concurrent projects
• Managing cashflow reporting across multiple entities
• Leading monthly finance meetings with Directors and senior leadership
• Reviewing P&L and balance sheets across projects and group entities
• Conducting project budget analysis and partnering with operational teams
• Preparing and delivering management reports
• Managing insurance and key supplier relationships
• Overseeing settlements, financial adjustments, and reporting entries
• Leading tax planning at the project completion stage
• Approving payments aligned with cashflow strategy

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Head of Finance within property development, construction, or infrastructure
• Strong experience managing consolidated cashflow reporting across multiple projects (essential)
• CA/CPA qualification or similar
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
• A hands-on approach and the ability to operate effectively in a growing business
• A stable and consistent career background
• Availability to work onsite 5 days per week
• Ability to commence within a 4-week timeframe (unfortunately, we cannot consider those on longer notice periods)
