Lead Purpose-Driven Finance Operations

Company Background

Our client is a “for purpose” business who focus on bettering the lives of people living with impairments all across the Sydney area. They are seeking an experienced and passionate Financial Controller from the Not-for-Profit or healthcare sector to lead their well-established finance team.

The Role

As the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of and manage:

• Team management and mentorship
• Cashflow reporting
• Budget preparation
• Annual statutory accounts and returns
• External audit process
• Tracking and reporting of grants/donations
• NDIS compliance
• Ad hoc projects and reporting with the CEO
• Oversight of payroll

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediate availability (can consider 1-2 week notice periods)
• Professionally qualified (CA, CPA, CIMA, etc.)
• Prior experience managing finance teams
• Strong financial and management reporting skills
• Experience within the Not-for-Profit, Healthcare, and NDIS spaces will be the preference
