The Role

Reporting into a supportive and talented CFO, your duties as the Financial Controller will be broad and varied. This will include:

• Managing the day to day finance function and being a key support to the CFO
• Consolidated monthly reporting and board pack preparation
• Partnering with other departments e.g. IT, sales and marketing
• Supporting the budgeting processes, cashflow forecasting
• Compliance and risk management  
• Manage two accounting staff
• Be involved with process improvements and automations

Your Background

This Financial Controller role is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a growing business. To be considered for this FC position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Professionally qualified (e.g. CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.).
• Have established experienced at the Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager level
• Previously worked within a medium sized organization in a relatable industry
• Ideally have experience managing the audit, consolidations and cashflow forecasting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to liaise confidently with stakeholders
• Proven track record of achievement in process improvement projects, AI implementation or systems automations is a pre-requisite
