The Role

Join this growing team in a permanent role as the Financial Analyst. You will report to an extremely approachable Financial Controller. Your tasks will include:

• Monitor and analyse monthly budget performance against forecasts
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Utilise BI tools to provide insights into business performance
• Partner with business unit leaders to support budgeting and forecasting
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, including course profitability assessments
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management

Your Background

To be considered for this Financial Analyst role, you must fulfil most of the following criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role (Financial Analyst, Management Accountant, etc.)
• Degree qualified
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with all levels of the business
• Exposure to BI tools (Power BI) and Advanced Excel
