The Role

Join this growing team in a permanent role as the Financial Analyst. You will report to an extremely approachable and talented FP&A Manager. Your tasks will include:

• Analyse weekly and monthly sales P&Ls and provide commentary
• Competitor analysis (e.g. market trends)
• Utilise BI tools to deliver insights into business performance
• Business partner (working with business unit heads on budgets and forecasts)
• Generate ad hoc reports regularly to aid decision-making
• Review operations and recommend cost-saving and productivity initiatives
• Communicate results and recommendations to senior management

Your Background

To be considered for this Financial Analyst role, you must fulfill most of the following criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role (Management Accountant, Financial or Business Analyst or equivalent)
• Degree qualified as a minimum
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with all levels of the business
• Product-based industry experience (Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Logistics, etc.) OR Audit trained having moved into commercial and after your next challenge
• Have worked in a medium to large-sized enterprise with experience in ERP and/or reporting tools
