They are looking at big plans for the next financial year, looking to expand with more stores in the pipeline and a focus on their e-commerce platform. Great exposure for the right person to multi-site, warehousing, operations, logistics and more!

Based in West Sydney with parking onsite or very close to public transport.

The Role

This Financial Analyst role is responsible for:

• Business partnering with various operational stakeholders to report and investigate key KPIs
• Preparing budget models and performing monthly variance checks, with periodic forecasts
• Prepare and maintain various management reports, including dashboards to monitor performance.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, including rebate analysis, supplier agreements and marketing promotions analysis
• Working with core finance supporting month-end reporting, including providing detailed insights on key business drivers and actuals vs budget
• Involvement with CAPEX reporting and tracking things such as WIP for specific projects

Your Background

The right candidate for our client will be:

• CA or CPA qualified (or very close)
• You must have SAP to be considered for the role
• Currently a Financial or Commercial Analyst working with operational stakeholders on key drivers
• Ideally, you have worked in retail, franchise or a multi-site operation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling.
• Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for supporting non-financial stakeholders across a business
• High commercial acumen
