Company Background

Our client is an Australian-grown media business with large international backing and a great reputation. As a result of continued year-on-year growth, they are looking for a talented Financial Accountant to support the finance team.

This is a rare opportunity to make your first move into the Media industry; the finance team is full of highly experienced people within the industry who are keen to pass on their knowledge.

The Role

As the Financial Accountant, you will report directly to the Finance Manager, with regular financial and non-financial stakeholder management. The primary purpose of this engagement is to manage the audit process, which will involve stakeholder management both locally and internationally.

Your Background

Our client is looking for a hungry first-time mover, ideally out of the Big 4. Any prior experience in auditing the media industry or affiliated industries will be highly regarded. This role would be best suited to a candidate at the Assistant Manager level.
