Lead a Finance Transformation Project

Company Background

Our client is a mid-sized professional services firm that operates nationally. They have a strong reputation in their specialty field and are on a growth trajectory. Due to this growth, they are seeking an experienced Finance professional to guide them through a finance systems transformation project. This role will partner with ELT and the broader business to ensure that the implementation project has a strong start.

The Role

As the Finance Transformation Consultant, you will focus on:

• With the CFO, define system requirements
• Shortlist vendor options
• Run vendor evaluations
• Align systems to process and strategy
• Map integrations, dependencies and risks
• Recommend preferred system + ROI estimates

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills, experiences and attributes:

• Short notice is preferred, but willing to consider notice in certain circumstances
• Prior experience with vendor selection and evaluations for system implementations
• Experience within a Legal, Consulting, or Engineering firm and a strong understanding of WIP and time/matter-based billing
• Strong stakeholder management experience, proven experience partnering with and influencing ELTs
