The Role

Reporting to the CFO, this is a hands-on consulting role ideal for someone with strong documentation and implementation experience. The business has recently rolled out Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and now requires a contractor to map out and formalise their financial processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Document end-to-end processes related to the new finance system
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand how workflows currently operate
• Identify opportunities for improvement or simplification
• Support any follow-up testing, training, or enhancements as needed

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you’ll need proven experience with process documentation. You may come from an FP&A, audit, controlling, or systems accounting background — what matters most is your ability to translate operational finance processes into clear, structured documentation.

We’re open to:

• Those with experience in D365 or other large ERP systems
• Working holiday visas with an Audit background are welcome to apply
• Strong communicators with a hands-on approach to documentation and systems
