Finance lead for Netsuite roll-out

Company Background

Our client is a privately owned Australian manufacturer operating in the premium design space. They are currently in the middle of a Netsuite implementation and are looking for an experienced finance systems manager / senior systems accountant to lead and take ownership of the finance workstream.

The Role

This role will accelerate the implementation on a project basis, focusing on:

• Own the finance workstream for the Netsuite implementation, and act as the finance representative across the business

• Configure the chart of accounts, and GL structure to align with reporting needs

• Design and build finance reporting, templates and processes

• Lead UAT and end-to-end testing for finance

• Document new finance processes and deliver training to the existing team to support go-live

• Partner with Operations, Customer Service and the SLT to ensure the system supports broader workflow requirements

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experiences:

• Immediate availability – short notice (less than 2 weeks’ can be considered for the right candidate)

• Experience implementing / supporting a Netsuite ERP roll-out

• Strong experience and background knowledge of finance processes and accounting

• You can be open to both full-time and part-time working arrangements

• Experience within a product-based environment is highly regarded
