Broad, all-encompassing finance role

They are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join the business and actively contribute to their continued success.

The Role

Reporting into a talented Head of Finance, your role as Finance Manager will enjoy an appealing breadth of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Manage the month-end and year-end processes
• Financial reporting
• Oversee cash flow forecasting & monitoring daily / monthly cash requirements
• Prepare monthly forecasts
• Oversee trust accounting
• Assist the Head of Finance with the annual budgeting process
• Assist the Head of Finance with ad hoc projects, including process improvements and ad hoc reporting

Your Background

To be considered for this Financial Controller opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Professionally qualified as an Accountant (e.g. CA, ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Relatable industry experience is a prerequisite (e.g. Legal, Consulting, Professional Services, etc.)
• Be a strong communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to liaise with stakeholders, motivate your team, present with confidence and build relationships
• Possess a strong work ethic coupled with exemplary attention to detail
