Following a full operational review, our client is now seeking a Finance Manager who combines strong technical acumen with proven business partnering experience to drive financial performance and support key stakeholders across the organisation. This is an opportunity to lead with purpose, while enjoying a genuine work/life balance, including 2 days working from home each week.

The Role

• Lead all financial and management reporting across multiple state entities, including statutory reporting and audit coordination
• Deliver monthly management accounts and consolidated national reporting packs
• Own the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting cycles
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital planning, and funding requirements
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data
• Manage payroll processes and related accounting activities
• Coordinate BAS reporting in collaboration with external tax advisors
• Strengthen financial governance frameworks and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making and performance outcomes

Your Background

• CPA (or equivalent) qualification preferred
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Proven experience in financial accounting and management reporting
• Experience in multi-entity or complex organisational environments (Education would be fabulous) or first-time mover in Business Services.
