The Role

As the Finance Manager, you will really be the right hand to the Director of Operations and enjoy a broad and autonomous role. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Managing the month-end and year-end processing
• Preparing Board reports
• Process improvement projects, including system implementation
• Capital budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Oversee transactional finance, including AP & AR
• Other projects as they arise

Your Background

To be considered for this Finance Manager role, you should have the following skills and attributes:

• CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Track record of process improvement/system implementation projects
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Educational industry experience is an advantage, but not essential. Other relatable industries, such as not-for-profit or people-centric businesses, would be considered highly.
