The Company

Our client is a reputable and well-established design business. They have a dynamic and supportive environment and are committed to mentorship and developing their team. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring an experienced Finance Manager on board to take ownership of the finance function.

The Role 

As the Finance Manager oversight will include but not be limited to:

• Full financial accounting responsibilities including month-end, reporting and AP/AR oversight
• Budgeting & forecasting 
• Cashflow reporting
• Process fortnightly payroll  
• Ensure all compliance is up to date including tax preparation & submission
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Your Background

To be considered for this Finance Manager role you will meet the majority of the following criteria: 

• Strong financial accounting experience
• CA / CPA qualified 
• Experience of owning the full finance function in a small business
• Relevant industry experience is highly preferred – architecture, design, construction, engineering, etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
