Lead Enterprise Risk in Tech

The Role

Reporting to the CFO and working closely with Legal and Governance, you will lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework and practices. Your remit includes:

• Set and maintain an ERM framework aligned with ASX Corporate Governance Principles and ISO 31000

• Own the risk register, risk appetite, and oversight of key controls

• Run risk assessments across strategic, operational, financial, and compliance areas

• Produce clear, timely reporting for the ELT, Board, and Audit and Risk Committees

• Track emerging risks, including regulatory change, ESG, and cyber, and coordinate responses

• Lift risk ownership across the organisation

• Deliver training and awareness to build capability and compliance

• Work with Legal, Finance, and IT to integrate risk oversight

• Benchmark practice and drive continual improvement

• Support business continuity planning and incident response

Your Background

We are keen to speak with professionals who bring:

• Degree in Finance, Risk, Law, or a related field

• CA, CIA, CISA, CRISC, or IRM qualification, and hands-on experience with ISO 31000

• Experience in enterprise risk or governance within ASX-listed or regulated environments, Big Four considered

• Strong knowledge of ASX Listing Rules and corporate governance frameworks

• Excellent stakeholder, analytical, and communication skills
