Credit Officer - City Fringe

Hybrid credit role with a leading entertainment group

The Role

As the Credit Officer, you will focus on:

• Collections via the phone and email
• Liaising with internal stakeholders on queries relating to outstanding accounts
• Managing payment plans
• Managing inbound calls and emails
• Account reconciliations
• Aged debtor reporting
• Maintaining and updating client data

Your Background

As the Credit Officer, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Intermediate Excel (vlookups & pivot tables as a minimum)
• 2+ years’ experience in Credit / AR
• Strong communication skills
• Full Australian working rights
