Our client is an exciting retail & services business that has grown exponentially in the last 10 years. They are close to almost 200 sites across ANZ.
They are still on a growth trajectory, and the team needs an enthusiastic Compliance Officer to partner with the franchisees in auditing their operational standard & procedures.
The Corporate HQ in Sydney has a relaxed & friendly atmosphere. Most of the Head Office staff have been there for a number of years and work very well together.
This is an on-site role with good work-life balance. You will also have the opportunity to travel interstate to work with the franchisees.
This role has been created to support the HR & Compliance Manager with the following tasks:
You are from either an Audit, Compliance or HR background. This is essential. You will also need a current driver's license and be able to travel interstate.
Other highly desirable criteria are:
You do not need to tick all the ‘desirable’ boxes for this role, but you do need a great attitude, influencing skills and a keen eye for detail.
