End-to-End Finance Operations Role

Company Background

Our client is a specialist industrial blending and material development company based in Western Sydney. Due to continued growth and an increased workload within the finance team, they are seeking a hands-on Company Accountant to join their operations in Western Sydney.

The Role

This is a 3-month temp opportunity with genuine potential to become permanent. You will act as a key link between each of the business entities and take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, including:

• End-to-end bookkeeping across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Payroll administration support
• Financial reporting and assisting with process improvement
• Assisting the external team with month-end and year-end requirements
• Supporting a busy, growing operation with ad hoc finance and operational tasks

Your Background

To be considered for this Company Accountant role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediately available with full-time working rights
• Xero experience (will be prioritised)
• Working Holiday Visa (WHV – subclass 417) holders are welcome to apply
• Strong and confident communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills (v/x look-ups, pivot tables)
