The Role

Reporting to a high-calibre and energising CFO, you will partner closely with the CEO and broader leadership team to drive performance and support strategic decision-making.

Working across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, you will play a key role in ensuring the business continues to scale profitably across wholesale and retail channels.

Key responsibilities as Commercial Finance Manager include (not limited to):

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and FP&A
• Partner with the leadership team on commercial strategy
• Analyse trade spend, pricing and promotional ROI
• Deliver SKU and channel profitability insights
• Support the supply chain with cost and operational analysis
• Own cash flow forecasting and working capital modelling
• Board reporting and preparing executive dashboards
• Support new product launches and expansion initiatives
• Drive reporting and process improvements

Your Background

In order to be considered for this Commercial Finance Manager job opportunity, your CV will incorporate the following:

• CA, CPA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• FMCG experience is essential
• Strong FP&A and commercial finance background
• Proven experience in business partnering with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
