Company Background

Our client is a leading Australian property developer specialising in high-end, luxury developments, founded over 30 years ago. The business has built a strong reputation in the market and maintains a strong development pipeline with multiple projects currently underway.

This position is office-based, five days a week and offers a unique chance to be part of a small, high-performing team within a professional, mature and focused environment.

The Role

Supporting a hands-on and highly experienced CFO, you will step into a broad and varied Bookkeeping / AP role with a strong potential to become permanent. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Full-function accounts payable
• Bank reconciliations
• Supporting month-end processes, including journals and prepayments
• Assisting with ad hoc finance, operational and general office tasks

Your Background

To be considered for this Bookkeeper / AP role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediately available (or no longer than 1 week's notice) with full-time working rights
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience at this level
• Strong and confident communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills (v/x look-ups, pivot tables)
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
• Resilience and adaptability to deal with the complexities of the role
