Assistant Accountant - Wholesaler

The Client

Our client is a reputable organisation in the wholesale space that are well known for their constant innovation and rapid growth. They have been around for just under 50 years and have a fun, approachable and professional work culture, offering plenty of opportunities for growth and development.

The Role

Your role as the Assistant Accountant reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for:

• Assisting FM with month-end processes
• Reporting daily sales
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Processing journals
• Assisting with other ad hoc needs

Your Background

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

• Immediately available
• Unlimited working rights (strong preference for PR or Citizen)
• Experience with a large ERP system (Oracle, SAP, Netsuite etc)
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience at this level
• Aspirations to pursue CA or CPA in the future
