Company Background

One of Australia’s leading renewables businesses, backed by one of the world’s largest Infrastructure players, is significantly expanding its local footprint with multiple acquisitions of solar, wind, battery and transmission assets.

As they grow their local footprint, our client is looking to hire a talented and experienced Assistant Accountant to join their team!

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will have a broad range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to).  

• Prepare and review invoices, billing and payments, tracking expenses
• Processing reimbursements, payment proposals, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with authorisation limits and documentation
• Bank reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end

Background

To be considered for the role, our client is targeting a candidate who is genuinely excited to establish themselves in a growing and fast-paced business. Ideally, you will also possess the following:

• Degree qualified
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Similar experience in the construction or infrastructure industry would be highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
