You’ll be joining a supportive environment that offers flexibility (4 days per week, with the option for 3), 1 day WFH after probation, and the chance to be part of a close-knit finance team.

Position Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day accounting operations and the monthly reporting cycle.

We are looking for candidates with experience in the following duties:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and allocate debtor payments
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts
• Process journals for payroll, balance sheet movements, and general ledger entries
• Maintain fixed assets, leases, and petty cash
• Assist with BAS, FBT, GST, and payroll tax lodgements
• Support month-end reconciliations and year-end audits
• Liaise with banks and assist with compliance and external reporting

About You

• The successful candidate will meet the majority of the requirements below:
• 2–3 years’ experience in accounting or a related qualification
• Exposure to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processes
• A keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills
• A genuine interest in the entertainment and events industry
