AR Officer - Temp to Perm

Accounts Receivable Role with a Growing Australian Business

The Company

Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturing business that is based in Sydney’s inner west. With onsite parking, this client has open planned offices and a supportive team culture. The Role

This Accounts Receivable role is a full function position where you will work on a standalone basis. The duties will include: 

• Full function accounts receivable.
• Invoice customers and set up new customer accounts.
• Post and allocate daily customer deposits and receipt payments.
• Manage the AR inbox - handle 5 to 8 enquiries per day.
• Complete simple account reconciliations, including bank recs and rebate calculations.
• Make and receive a small volume of collection reminder calls and emails, usually 5 to 10 per day.
• Support month-end reporting.

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• Immediately available to start
• Have a minimum of 2 years of full function Accounts Receivable experience
• Enjoy working in the AR space
• Strong communication skills and be able to communicate with different levels of contacts internally.
