The Role

This AR Officer role is a full-time temporary position for a minimum of 6 months. It is full function where you will work in an Accounts Receivable Team, encompassing (but not limited to) the following:

• Allocations
• Receipting 
• Bank and debtors account reconciliations
• Setting up direct debits 
• Producing monthly invoice statements
• Assisting with month-end reporting

Your Background

As the ideal applicant for this AR Officer role, you will meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts Receivable or Finance Officer position
• Experienced with Technology One or similar-sized ERP systems
• Not-for-profit industry experience is highly advantageous
• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills to deal with various stakeholders
